Großaktionär war ein Konsortium badisch-pfälzischer Papierfabriken unter Führung der Firma Julius Glatz in Neidenfels, Pfalz. 1953 Übernahme durch die E. Holtzmann & Cie. AG. 1997 hat Enso Oyj (1998 zu Stora Enso fusioniert) den mehrheitlichen Anteil der E. Holtzmann & Cie. AG übernommen.
