Von einer Prager Bank erwarb die Gesellschaft insgesamt 569 ha Grubenfelder. Zum Heranschaffen der im Kohlebergbau nötigen Versatzmaterialien bestand die sog. Brucher Sandbahn, auf der eigene Lokomotiven eingesetzt wurden.
