Bank- u. Handels-AG, Budapest, die Temesvarer Bank und Handlungs-AG und die Erste Temesvarer Spiritus-Brennerei- und Raffinerie-AG über. Zur Verwertung ihrer im Innern der Stadt Temesvar gelegenen Gründe (ca. 60.000 Klafter) gründete die Ges. 1912 die Temesvarer Terrainbank und Bau-AG und die Ungar. Automaten Betriebs-AG. Sie erwarb ferner die Brauerei der Firma Josef Bondy in Lippa, deren Betrieb sie der neugegründeten St. Georg Bierbrauerei AG übertrug. 1917 übernahm sie die Panaloth’sche Bierbrauerei.
