Die Familie Wallenberg machte die Bank zur Schaltstelle ihres Imperiums. Im Jahre 1972 erfolgte die Fusion mit der Skandinaviska Banken zur SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken). Anfang 2000 erwarb die SEB die BfG AG. Am 2.4.2001 erfolgte die Umfirmierung in SEB AG. Specials: Druck in grün. Sehr dekorative Aktiengestaltung mit Porträt von Erich dem Heiligen, der noch heute als Schutzpatron Schwedens verehrt wird. Faksimilesignatur des bedeutenden Industriellen und Diplomaten Axel Wallenberg (1874-1963) und von Marcus Wallenberg (1899-1982), dem größten Industriellen Schwedens nach dem 2. Weltkrieg.
