Wenige Monate nach der Gründung, finanziert durch eine Kapitalerhöhung, außerdem Ankauf der Langwaren-Appretur Friedr. Aug. Pressler. 1916 Beteiligung an der Bleiche Rodewisch GmbH. 1920 Fusion mit der Industriewerke AG in Plauen (bis 1918: Deutsche Gardinenfabrik AG), aus diesem Anlaß Umfirmierung in “Ausrüstung AG”.
