Der Firmensitz wurde 1926 nach Frankfurt (Main) und 1929 nach Stuttgart verlegt. 1932 umbenannt in “Kosmos Bausparkasse AG”. Übernommen wurden 1933 die Bestände der Kurmark AG Berlin und 1939 der Bausparkassen “Das Heim” eGmbH (Krefeld), Germania AG (Köln) und “Vaterhaus” GmbH (Pforzheim). Ebenfalls 1939 erwarb die Leonberger Bausparkasse eGmbH die Aktienmehrheit, brachte ihren eigenen Bestand ein und benannte die Kosmos-Bausparkasse in “Leonberger Bausparkasse AG” um.
