Durch Übernahme der Aschaffenburger Gesellschaftsbrauerei, der Aktienbrauerei “Zum Hopfengarten” und der Brauerei “Zum Wurstbendel” entstand 1899 die bedeutendste der unterfränkischen Großbrauereien. Dazu kamen die Brauerei “Zur Rose” (1900), die Löwenbrauerei Josef Stenger in Goldbach (1908), ferner übernahm man die Kundschaft der Brauerei Dörr in Hanau (1910) und der Brauerei Felsenkeller in Wiesbaden (1963). Ihre schon vor Kriegsende bestehende Schachtelbeteiligung baute die zum Oetker-Konzern gehörende Bank für Brau-Industrie in Frankfurt (früher Berlin) nach und nach auf über 75 % aus. 1970 mit der Frankfurter Binding-Brauerei verschmolzen. | | Availability: | R 9 | | Condition: | Restkupons.
