Weltkrieg enteignet). Außerdem Betrieb einer Guano-, Superphosphat- und Schwefelsäurefabrik in Linn (seit 1901 Stadtteil von Krefeld). 1927 Übernahme der "Merck'schen Guano- und Phosphat-Werke AG" mit Fabriken in Harburg, Schönebeck, Vienenburg und Friedrichstadt, gleichzeitig Umfirmierung in "Guano-Werke AG". Im gleichen Jahr Fusion mit der Lübecker Schwefelsäure- und Superphosphat-Fabrik AG, Dänischburg. Nach dem Krieg ging die Mehrheitsbeteiligung der I. G. Farben zunächst an die Essener Wasag-Chemie AG. Später Sitzverlegung erst nach Castrop-Rauxel, dann nach Krefeld. 1957 Fusion mit der “Superphosphatfabrik Nordenham AG”. 1994 wird der StandortKrefeld an die “BASF Düngemittelwerke Victor GmbH” verkauft, seitdem nur noch Vermögensverwaltung und Abwicklung bestehender Pensionsansprüche.
