Potthoff brachte das Geschäft nebst Gebäuden und Grundstücken für 104.000 Mark in die AG ein und erhielt dafür 104 Aktien à 1.000 Mark sowie eine Vergütung von max. 100.000 Mark, die in Teilbeträgen in den nächsten Jahren vom Nettogewinn nach und nach an sie abgeführt werden sollten. Das Gründungskapital betrug 250.000 Mark, eingeteilt in 250 Aktien à 1.000 Mark. Herstellung insbesondere von Argillamosaikplatten, Zementrohren und anderen Zementwaren. Im März 1905 wurde die Auflösung beschlossen. Das Aktienkapital ging verloren, die Gläubiger erhielten bis 1912 nur 30 % ihres Guthabens einschließlich Zinsen. | | Specials: | Dekorativ.
