AG" firmirend, seit 1921 Pinguin-Cigarettenfabrik AG. 1925 zur Vermeidung des Konkurses Verkauf aller Aktiva an die Caravellis Zigarettenfabrik GmbH (gehörte zu den Vereinigten Tabakindustrien Mignot et de Bock im holländischen Eindhoven).
