Klosterkammer zu Hannover und seitdem Besitz der AG. 1864 vollständig neugebaut und danach mehrfach renoviert und modernisiert. Die Mühle nutzt die Wasserkraft der Rhume zur Stromerzeugung per Turbine. 1968 vernichtete ein verheerendes Feuer das Hauptgebäude.
