Am 31.10.1898 übernahm die Gesellschaft die New Haven Street Railway und die New Haven and Centerville Street Railway. Am 1.5.1900 übernahm die Gesellschaft die Kontrolle über die New England Street Railway, wodurch sie auch die Winchester Avenue RR Co. beherrschte. 1901 besaß die Gesellschaft in ihrem Fuhrpark 181 elektrische Strassenbahnwaggons (davon 96 offene), 6 elektrische Schneepflüge und sechs Pferde. Nach 1904 wurde sie dem New York, New Haven & Hartford Eisenbahnsystem der Vanderbilts einverleibt. | | Specials: | Spektakulär gestaltetes Wertpapier mit einmalig schöner Vignette, auf der die Innenstadt von New Haven abgebildet wurde.
