AG, Neubeckum. Die Werke Bochum und Neubeckum produzierten für die Kraft- und Wärmewirtschaft Wasserrückkühlanlagen, Kühltürme, Wärmetauscher, Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen, Heizungsanlagen, Gas- und Ölfeuerungen. Das Werk Frankenthal war auf Pumpen spezialisiert. Börsennotiz Düsseldorf und Berlin, größter Einzelaktionär war die Westfalenbank AG. 1972 Fusion mit der Dürrwerke AG (gegr. 1883 als Düsseldorf-Ratinger Röhrenkesselfabrik Dürr & Co., AG seit 1889) zur Balcke-Dürr AG mit Babcock-Borsig als Großaktionär. 2001 mit der Muttergesellschaft zur Babcock Borsig AG (neu) fusioniert, 2002 eine der spektakulärsten Pleiten des Jahrzehnts. | | Availability: | R 10 | | Condition: | Muster-perforiert.
