Ab Albany gab es damals stromabwärts über mehr als 100 km keine Brücke über den Fluß, weshalb die Catskill Ferry wirtschaftlich eine überragende Bedeutung hatte. Heute gibt es mit der Route 23 in Catscill eine Straßenverbindung über den Hudson River, doch auch die Fähre ist immer noch in Betrieb. | | Specials: | Braunvioletter Druck, herrliche detaillierte Vignette des Fährschiffs “A.
