Nachdem der Hauptaktionär Mezzapo 1907 sein Kapital zurückzog, wurde das Unternehmen von den Arbeitern genossenschaftlich weiter geführt. Ende des Ersten Weltkrieges mußte die Produktion eingestellt werden.
