Altenaer Nietenfabrik in Immigrath. 1900 umbenannt wie oben nach Ausweitung der Produktion auf Automobilräder und Autofelgen. In den darauf folgenden Jahren Aufnahme der Fabrikation von aller Sorten Rohre für die Automobil- und Luftfahrtindustrie, Flugzeugrädern sowie von kompletten Flugzeugfahrgestellen. Großaktionär (1943): Mannesmannröhren-Werke, Düsseldorf (über 95 %). 1970 Übertragung der Röhrenfertigung auf die Mannesmannröhren-Werke und der Räderfertigung auf die neue Kronprinz AG (zu 100 % im Besitz der Mannesmann AG). 1997/1999 Übernahme durch Michelin.
