Sitz ab 1914 in Brandenburg a.H., seit 1921 in Berlin. Normalspurige Nebeneisenbahn von Treuenbrietzen über Belzig, Brandenburg, Rathenow nach Neustadt a.D., Länge 125,6 km. Die Bauarbeiten begannen im April 1901, die Inbetriebnahme erfolgte am 1.4.1904.
