Schuckelt in Schmiedeberg betriebenen Kuranstalt, speziell für Rheumatiker und Gichtleidende. Die Gesellschaft besaß ebenfalls das Vitriolbergwerk Kaiserbad. 1950 wurde es durch die Sozialversicherung des FDGB übernommen.
