Werk in Bielefeld mit 650 Webstühlen, seit 1908 Zweigwerk in Spenge (Kreis Herford) mit 350 Webstühlen. 1961 Fusion mit der Mechanische Weberei Ravensberg in Bielefeld-Schildesche und Umfirmierung wie oben. 1970 Ausgliederung des Werkes Schildesche, 1973 Ausgliederung des ganzen restlichen Textilbereiches in Tochtergesellschaften, die dann verkauft wurden. 1974 Umfirmierung in BIEWAG Investions-AG, später BIEWAG Finanzierungsgesellschaft AG mit Sitz in Königstein/Taunus. 1983 Konkurs. | | Availability: | Nur dieses eine Exemplar ist bekannt!
