N.-Österreich sowie das Fabrikgrundstück der früheren Accumulatorenwerke Oberspree AG in Oberschöneweide. 1947 Sitzverlegung von Berlin nach Hagen. 1962 Änderung des Firmennamens in Varta AG, 1965 Verlegung des Firmensitzes nach Frankfurt.
