Zuerst vor allem Wechseleskompte-Geschäfte, Vorschüsse auf Effekten und Einlagenverzinsung gegen Sparcassenbücher. Ab 1894 auch Ausgabe von Pfandbriefen. Der Bezirkscharakter der Sparkasse wurde abgestreift, das Institut errang eine angesehene Position unter den ungarischen Geldinstituten.
