KG in Kronach (1901), die Porzellanfabrik Marktredwitz Fritz Thomas (1908), die AG Krister Porzellan-Manufaktur im schlesischen Waldenburg ((1921) und die Porzellanfabrik Thomas & Co. AG in Sophienthal (1937). 1939 Umfirmierung in Rosenthal-Porzellan AG. 1951 Aufnahme der Glasveredelung als Ergänzung zum Porzellan-Programm. 1965 Umfirmierung in Rosenthal AG.
