Nachdem der schwedische Chemiker Alfred Nobel 1867 das Dynamit erfunden hatte (eine plastische Masse, mit der das hochgefährliche Nitroglycerin in eine weit weniger gefährliche Form gebracht werden konnte), verbreitete sich seine bahnbrechende Erfindung schnell über alle Länder. Den Ausschlag zur Gründung der italienischen Nobel-Tochter gab außerdem, daß die italienische Armee Nobels rauchschwaches Pulver (dort Ballistit genannt) als Schießpulver für Gewehre und Geschütze verwendete. | | Specials: | Zweisprachig französisch/italienisch.
