Bei der Gründung brachte die Central-Afrikanische Seeen- Gesellschaft mbH 67 ihr gehörige Goldfelder bei Sekenke in der Wemberesteppe in Deutsch-Ostafrika in die Gesellschaft ein. Die aufgeschlossenen Golderz-Lagerstätten wurden 1908 zusammen mit den Goldminen des Irangi-Syndikats unter Federführung der Direction der Disconto-Gesellschaft in die Kironda Goldminen-GmbH eingebracht.
