Hergestellt wurden Hochleistungs-Werkzeugmaschinen sowie Sondermaschinen für Motorrad-, Auto- und Textilmaschinenbau. Der Betrieb wurde 1945 demontiert, die AG stand bis 1948 unter Zwangsverwaltung. 1946-50 wurde die Fabrik neu aufgebaut.
