Filialen bestanden in Anklam, Falkenburg, Gollnow, Greifenhagen, Greifswald, Neustettin, Schivelbein, Stralsund, Swinemünde und Wollin. 1933 umfirmiert in “Pommersche Bank AG” anläßlich der Fusion mit der Stolper Bank AG in Stolp (mit Filialen in Kolberg, Köslin, Lauenburg, Rummelsburg, Rügenwalde, Schlawe, Stolpmünde und Treptow a.R.) und der Neuvorpommerschen Spar- und Credit-Bank AG in Stralsund (mit Filialen in Bergen, Putbus und Greifswald). Ferner übernommen wurden die Bankfirma Wm. Schlutow in Stettin und Swinemünde (1934), Filialen der Rostocker Bank (1936) und die Demminer Kreisbank AG (1937). Börsennotiz Stettin und Berlin.
