Die hier angebotene Anleihe wurde 1953 neu ausgegeben, erweitert um die Modalitäten aus dem Londoner Schuldenabkommen, u.a. geänderte Verzinsung auf 4,5% und eine neue Anleihenlaufzeit bis 1973.
