Das Gründungskapital bestand aus 300.000 skr, eingeteilt in 300 Aktien à 1.000 skr. 1908 übernahm die Ges. die AB Nike, 1935 die Rederi AB Transpacific. In den 20er Jahren wurde die Firma in das Wirtschaftsimperium von Ivar Kreuger eingebunden. 1933 geriet sie in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten und mußte saniert werden.
