Kontinuierlich verschaffte sich der Hersteller von alkoholfreien Erfrischungsgetränken mit "Sinalco", "Sinalco-Spezial" und "Sinalco-Cola" Weltgeltung. Der Schweizer Großaktionär Sibra-Holding in Fribourg band Sinalco 1982 mit einem Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrag, doch die Geschäfte blieben rückläufig.
