Mit der 1930 erfolgten Übernahme der Lokomotivabteilung der Staats-Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft, der Krauss-Lokomotivfabrik in Linz sowie der Fusion mit der Lokomotivfabrik Sigl in Wiener Neustadt kamen alle österreichischen Lokomotivfabriken unter ein Dach.
