Geschäftsgebiet: Rußland, Bulgarien, Türkei, Serbien, Montenegro, Ägypten und Persien. Mit jährlichen Prämieneinnahmne von über 130 Mio. Rubel vor der Oktoberrevolution die mit weitem Abstand größte russische Versicherungsgesellschaft. Rückversicherungsbüros bestanden in Berlin, London und Hartford/Connecticut. Nach der Revolution wurde in Rußland das gesamte Versicherungsgeschäft auf die staatliche Monopolanstalt “Gosstrach” übertragen. Diese übernahm wesentliche Organisationsstrukturen des “Rossija”, ohne in den ersten Jahren mit Prämieneinnahmen von ca. 20 Mio.
