Für das Unternehmen interessierte sich auch belgisches und französisches Kapital, die Aktien waren in Berlin, Breslau und Brüssel börsennotiert. Bergbau auf Zink-, Kupfer-, Silber- und Bleierze, Betrieb von Zinkhütten und -walzwerken sowie von drei Kohlengruben. Große Teile des Besitzes lagen nach dem 1. Weltkrieg auf polnischem Gebiet, wo die Gesellschaft als AG polnischen Rechts weitergeführt wurde. Der in Deutschland gelegene Teil wurde in die Schlesische Bergwerks- und Hütten-AG eingebracht.
