Die Bucht von Guantanamo wurde 1903 von den USA als Flottenstützpunkt gepachtet. Bis heute fordert die Regierung Castro vergeblich die Rückgabe - denn den USA-Militärs paßt es sehr in den Kram, über ein exterritoriales Gefangenenlager zu verfügen, wo man außerhalb der eigenen Rechtsordnung Gefangene nach Gutdünken behandeln kann. | | Specials: | Mit Eisenbahn-Vignette.
