Das Streckennetz umfaßte zuletzt beachtliche 127 km: Bismark-Calbe-Badel-Beetzendorf (42 km), Beetzendorf-Rohrberg-Diesdorf (17 km), Gardelegen-Wernstedt-Calbe (21 km), Diesdorf-Wittingen (12 km), Rohrberg-Zasenbeck (16 km) und Klötze-Wernstedt (19 km). Anschlüsse bestanden in Bismark an die Stendaler Kleinbahn, in Gardelegen an die Kleinbahn Gardelegen-Neuhaldensleben, in Badel und Diesdorf an die Salzwedeler Kleinbahnen sowie in Wittingen und Zasenbeck an die Osthannoversche Eisenbahnen.
