Bis 1990 Abwicklung des Westvermögens in München, 1993 Fortsetzung der Gesellschaft, 1998 Brauhaus Sonneberg AG i.L. In der DDR ab 1946 geführt als VVB Venag, VEB Brauhaus Sonneberg, ab 1961 VEB Brauhaus und Likörfabrik Sonneberg, ab 1969 VEB Brauhaus Sonneberg im VEB Getränkekombinat Rennsteig Meiningen.
