Erstversicherer in der Transport-, Feuer- und Einbruchdiebstahl-Versicherung, Rückversicherer in allen Versicherungszweigen. 1924/25 traten so erhebliche Verluste ein, daß das Reichsversicherungsamt den Abschluß von Neuverträgen verbot. Konkurseröffnung am 13.3.1925. Da die Aktien nur zu 25 % eingezahlt waren, forderte der Konkursverwalter die Vollzahlung.
