Juli 1908 in Paris gegründet und war für den Betrieb der Hafenanlagen in Rio Grande-Do-Sul (südlichste Provinz von Brasilien) zuständig. Specials: Abb. der Hafenanlagen von Rio-Grande-Do-Sul (mit Segelschiffen, Dampfern und Leuchtturm. In der Zierumrandung: Muscheln, Fische und Anker (auch im Unterdruck). In der Platte von G. Fraipont signiert. Gustave Fraipont (geb. 9.5.1849 in Brüssel) war Graphiker und Kunstschriftssteller. Er stellte u.a. auch im berühmten Pariser Salon aus. Er entwarf etliche franz. Wertpapiere.
