Hinzuerworben wurde die Genossenschaftsbrauerei Croischwitz (1920), das Waldenburger Brauhaus, die Stadtbrauerei Neurode und die Kastnersche Lagerbierbrauerei Habelschwerdt (1921) sowie das Braurecht des Frankensteiner Brauhauses (1922). Braustätten dann in Gorkau, Waldenburg und Neurode, Bierniederlagen in ganz Schlesien. Börsennotiz Breslau und Leipzig, Großaktionär war die Bank für Brauindustrie, Berlin-Dresden (heute Oetker-Konzern).
