Börsennotiz: Leipzig, Dresden, Zwickau. Anfang 1906 stellte sich heraus, dass der ehemalige Dir. Stohn unter Mithilfe des Kassierers Klitzsch Unterschlagungen begangen hatte. Die Bank war finanziell geschädigt und das Vertrauen hatte einen Stoss erlitten. Im April 1906 wurde Liquidation und Auflösung der Gesellschaft beschlossen. Mit der Dresdner Bank wurde ein Vertrag zwecks Übernahme der Aktivitäten geschlossen.
