Jährlich sollten 150 Lokomotiven gebaut werden, wovon ein Großteil für die polnische Staatsbahn bestimmt war. Im Juni 1920 folgte eine Bestellung der Regierung über 1200 Loks, die innerhalb von 10 Jahren geliefert werden sollten. Die erste Lokomotive verließ die Fabrik im März 1924.
