Vorster’sche Holzstoff- und Zellulosefabrik in Broich angekauft und eine neue Druckpapierfabrik errichtet. Im Jahr 1907 wurde - bei einer Produktion von 7.600 t Papier - ein größerer Verlust erwirtschaftet. Mangels Aussichten auf Besserung beschloß man 1908 die Liquidation. In der Zwangsversteigerung wurde das Broicher Werk von THYSSEN erworben. Die Fabrik in Dorsten stand ebenfalls zur Zwangsversteigerung an, produzierte aber vorläufig weiter.
