Von Philadelphia kommend erreichte die Strecke 1857 Bethlehem und damit Anschluß an die Lehigh Valley RR. 1879 an die Reading RR verpachtet (somit dann zur Pennsylvania RR gehörend), aber als AG selbständig geblieben bis alle 1976 in Conrail aufgingen.
