Die Gesellschaft übernahm von ihren Gründern vier Pflanzungen in Kamerun. Angebaut wurden Kakao, Kautschuk, Oelpalmen und Kolabäume. Bibundi ist eine kleine Küstenstadt im Südwesten von Kamerun. 1921 Umfirmierung in "Bibundi AG". Börsennotiz: Freiverkehr Hamburg. Großaktionär und AR-Vors. war der Reeder Erich F. Laeisz. Bei Ausbruch des 2. WK wurden die kamerunischen Besitzungen von den Briten beschlagnahmt. Die Ges. blieb dann in Wartestellung und wurde erst nach 1951 wieder aktiv gemeinsam mit der Afrikanische Frucht-Compagnie Laeisz & Co.
