Ab 1950 Entwicklung von Werkzeug-, Fräs- und Bohrmaschinen; 1970 Konzentration nur noch auf die Werkzeugmaschinenfertigung. 1986 Umwandlung in eine AG und Gang an die Börse. Mitte der 1990er Jahre traf ein scharfer Umsatzeinbruch die vorher sehr expansiv geführte Firma mit voller Wucht. Auch ein Zusammengehen mit dem Konkurrenten Deckel in der Ägide des AR-Vorsitzenden Rolf-E.
