Gegründet 1901 zum Bau der 10 Meilen langen Bahn Cadiz-Gracey, Ky., wo die Strecke an die Illinois Central RR anschloß. Ursprünglich transportierte die Bahn überwiegend Tabak, später Holz, Möbel und Schrott. 1954 Umstellung von Dampf- auf Diesel-Traktion. Noch 1984 wurde von der Illinois Central die 18 Meilen lange Anschlußstrecke Gracey-Princeton, Ky. zusätzlich übernommen.
