Die Ges. war seit 1932 eine Tochterges. der Elektrizitäts-AG vorm. W. Lahmeyer & Co. 1937/38 wurde die Ges. an die Niederschlesische Elektrizitäts-AG und die Reichselektrowerke verkauft. Nach Kriegsende fuhr die Straßenbahn unter der polnischen Bezeichnung “Kolej Elektryczna w Jeleniej Górze” wieder.
