Die Fabrik lag in der Zielstattstraße 37. 1931 wurde der Verlust von mehr als die Hälfte des Aktienkapitals bekanntgegeben, von der Beschlussfassung der Liquidation wurde zunächst abgesehen, da Verhandlungen zum Verkauf des Aktienpaketes liefen, sollten die Verhandlungen scheitern, war der AR ermächtigt, die Liquidation bis zum 1.10.1931 zu beschließen.
