Eine für die Gründerzeit typische Entwicklung: Im ersten Jahr noch 12 % Dividende, dann wegen des drastischen Preisverfalls bei Immobilien in Folge des Gründerkrachs 12 Jahre lang nichts. Der Kurs sank bis auf 13 % vom Nennwert, um sich dann binnen 10 Jahren wieder auf 145 % zu erholen, als wirtschaftliche Besserung eintrat.
