Die AG übernahm die gesamten Geschäftsanteile der Munitionswerke Germania GmbH, die Aktiven bestanden aus einer Granatenfabrik und einer Geschossdreherei. Die Ges. hatte sich ein Patent auf Herstellung von Schiffsketten gesichert, doch konnte der Ausbau der Kettenfabrik nicht stattfinden. Die Delmenhorster Kettenfabrik wurde verkauft.
