Helenenstraße und Kirchenallee im Stadtteil St. Georg gelegenes Grundstück, wo das Schauspielhaus errichtet und am 15.9.1900 eröffnet wurde. Die Aktien waren im Hamburger Freiverkehr notiert. 1943 Auflösung der Gesellschaft durch Übertragung aller Aktiven und Passiven auf den Großaktionär Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg.
